Gift card questions
How much does a Veloura gift card cost?
Gift cards cost LESS than they are worth: $200 for $180, $150 for $135, $100 for $90, $75 for $67. They range from $75 to $200, and whoever uses it gets the full face value as balance.
Is there a discount on gift cards?
Yes. Every card is sold at a discount — up to 11%. For example, a $75 card costs $67: that is $8 free.
What can the gift card be used for?
Any service on the Veloura Nail Spa menu in McAllen: nails, spa pedicures, facials, waxing and laser hair removal. No exceptions.
Do Veloura gift cards expire?
No. There is no deadline. The balance stays until it is used, all at once or across several visits.
Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. When you buy it you choose whether it is for you or a gift. If it is a gift, the card is emailed to that person with your message, and they can check their own balance.
How do I check my gift card balance?
At https://velouramcallen.com/en/my-cards enter your email and we send you a link to see them. No account or password needed.
What if the service costs less than the card?
The remaining balance stays on the card for next time. And if it costs more, you only pay the difference.
