This notice explains, plainly, what data of yours goes through this site and what we do with it. It's short because we collect very little.

Eduction, LLC is the legal entity responsible for the information submitted through this site (velouramcallen.com). It operates the spa under the registered assumed name Veloura, in McAllen, Texas. For any privacy matter, write to the email address at the bottom of this page.
Only what you type into the appointment form: your name, your phone, your email if you choose to give it, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
Also, like any site on the internet, our server logs technical details of the visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). Those logs exist to operate and protect the site.
We do not ask for health data, payment details or identity documents through this site.
To contact you and confirm your appointment. That's it. We don't send marketing you didn't ask for, we don't sell your information, and we don't use it to build profiles.
This site sets no cookies. It uses no Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, it carries no social media pixels, and it doesn't share your visit with advertisers.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser doesn't request anything from third parties when the page loads. That's why you won't see a cookie banner: there would be nothing to consent to.
Nobody, unless the law requires it. Our server provider stores the information on our behalf as part of the hosting service, under our instructions.
When we publish the location map, that part of the page will load content from Google Maps and, at that point, Google may receive your IP address. We'll say so right here when it happens.
Appointment requests are kept as long as they're useful to serve you and to keep the business's records. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, we'll delete it.
At any time, and without having to explain why, you can ask us to: show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address on this page and we'll take care of it.
We don't knowingly collect information from children. A minor who wants a service must come with a parent or legal guardian, and that adult books the appointment.
The site is encrypted end to end (HTTPS), the database is not exposed to the internet, and internal access is limited to the minimum needed. No system is perfect, so if something happened that affected you, we would tell you.
If we change this notice, we update the date above.
