Prices
We publish full prices because we believe that's how it should be. Even so, they're subject to change and don't constitute a binding offer.
On some services the final price depends on nail length, the design you choose, or a prior assessment; where that's the case, the list says so.
Appointment requests
Submitting the form means requesting an appointment, not having one. Your slot is reserved only once we confirm by WhatsApp, email or phone.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, let us know in time so we can offer that slot to someone else.
Wellness and beauty services
Our services are personal care and beauty services. Information on this site is not medical advice and does not replace a health professional's opinion.
Some treatments require a prior assessment and are not for everyone. Results vary with each body, each skin type and each case. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition, tell us before your appointment.

The text, photos, the Veloura brand and the design of this site are ours. You're welcome to share links; copying the content for commercial use is not allowed.
Third-party links
When we send you to WhatsApp, a map or any other external service, you leave our site and enter theirs, under their own rules. We're not responsible for what those services do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but interruptions and errors can happen. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the service actually provided to you at the spa.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
